If any of the Goods to be delivered involve cash, the maximum amount of the cash shall not exceed US$100. When the Shipper hands over the cash to Top Gun, the Shipper shall confirm with the staffs of Top Gun regarding the actual amount of the cash and the staffs will sign on the waybill with his/her staff number as confirmation of the amount of cash, failing which Top Gun shall not be responsible for any loss of the cash. |

TOP GUN will only be liable for failure to act with reasonable care and skill and its liability shall be exclusively governed by the Warsaw or CMR Conventions terms and (save in the case of personal injury or death) limited to proven damages up to an amount not exceeding USD100 per shipment. |
